Beacon’s Leadership Council is a blue-ribbon panel of Bay Area hospital, business, consumer, academic, and health care executives who have agreed to provide advice and counsel to the Beacon management team. The Council supports the Collaborative by providing important feedback on critical issues and trends in patient safety, quality and outcomes measurement; the progress of initiative implementation; as well as guidance on future interventions and innovative approaches to assuring the continued success of this unique regional collaborative.
Beacon is also in the process of organizing a Physician Leadership Council.
