 This meeting will provide inspiration for making change happen. Sign-up a team and join your BEACON colleagues for an information packed day of how to use stories as an improvement strategy -- deploying the right story at just the right time.

Plus, peer-to-peer learning featuring Stroke, Perinatal Improvement and Bedside Strategies.

Meeting is from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm at Washington Hospital Healthcare System. Registration & Coffee begins at 8:00 am.  Lunch will be provided.

Beacon Bay Area Hospitals -
Single Ticket: $50 or Group Registration: $200 5 registrations for the price of 4
BEACON BAY AREA Charter Hospitals located in Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara, San Francisco and Marin counties and Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula, Salinas Valley Memorial, Doctors Medical Center, San Pablo, Kaiser Permanente Walnut Creek, Kaiser Permanente Antioch.

Other Participants - $75
Group pricing is not available for hospitals outside of the BEACON Collaborative.

Refund Policy: Cancellation must be received in writing prior to October 19, 2010 to qualify for a refund minus a processing fee of $15.00.
