Join us on May 5th as Patrick Chaulk, MD, FACP,  shares his vision as Executive Director and President of the Maryland Patient Safety Center. We will continue to share learnings from our Collaboratives. We all agree that our goal is to "do better, faster" and by learning from each other we can accelerate our rate of improvement. On our last call we discussed change fatigue and the "Change Fatigue Calendar" was suggested as a tool to assess change capacity. This tool is attached for your review. We also discussed ways to support the bright spots. Ideas included having an advisory group of stakeholders and structured reward and recognition programs such as the HEROs luncheon.
