Increasing Influenza Vaccination in Employees: Are you ready to go where only the brave have gone before?

Please join us on February 25th from 1pm-2pm where Linda Dickey, RN, MPH, CIC, Assistant Director and Kathleen Quan, RN, BSN, CIC, Infection Preventionist, Epidemiology & Infection Prevention University of California, Irvine Healthcare and Amy D. Nichols, RN, MBA, CIC, Director, Hospital Epidemiology and Infection Control University of California, San Francisco will share how they implemented a "Vaccine-or-Mask" Employee Influenza Vaccine Program. They will share their challenges, successes, and tips for program implementation.

1. State the rationale for implementing a program that MAXIMIZES
employee compliance with influenza vaccines

2. Describe 2 major challenges when considering implementing a program
that REQUIRES influenza vaccines in employees

3. List the key participants that are critical to a SUCCESSFUL influenza vaccine program
