2010 BEACON Annual Exchange "Spotlight on Patient Safety"

***Evaluations were emailed out to attendees on Thursday, April 29th.  If you attended the Annual Exchange and have not received an email from us by Friday, April 30th, please contact us at 925-746-0728 or email info@beaconcollaborative.org.

If you did not register in advance for the Annual Exchange:
1) create a profile on the website
2) contact us at info@beaconcollaborative.org to receive your evaluation

After you complete the evaluation, follow the instructions to wait five minutes for the website to update then log into www.beaconcollaborative.org with your username and password.  Your CE certificate will be hyperlinked near the top of your personal homepage.
